Balakrishna’s #102 Movie, Rythu Shelved

As per the film nagar sources, Nandamuri Balakrishna’s 102th film “Rythu”, with director Krishna Vamsi, had been shelved as Amitabh Bachchan was not interested to play an important role in the film. It is known that Balakrishna and Krishna Vamsi personally met Amitabh Bachchan on the sets of ‘Sarkar 3’ to narrate the story line.

The makers have waited long enough for getting the call sheets of Amitabh Bachchan but after the long wait, they came to hear the sad news about Amitabh opting out from this film. Balakrishna had reportedly informed Krishna Vamsi before giving nod that if the key role in the film is not played by Amitabh then he would not be interested in shooting for this film.

Currently Balakrishna is busy with the shooting of his #101 movie with director Puri Jagannath, in which the actor will be seen in a complete ‘mass’ avatar. The shoot of the film is going on with jet speed in typical Puri Jagannadh style.  The team is presently canning a song at aluminum factory, Hyderabad. There are rumors that the movie is titled ‘Ustaad’.
